Day 1: South Beach Hotel – Sidemen (BL)
Meet up at your hotel in south beach area. Then go to Guliang Kangin Village in Bangli. We will try A Day with Balinese way. Feel the experience Balinese warm greeting in traditional way of life before entering Balinese compound where you will be offered tea, coffee, and typical Balinese traditional cakes as refreshment. The process to make coconut oil will be shown after looking around the compound as watching the local’s activities such as: Mats weaving made of pandanus tectorius leaves, flowers and fruits arrangement cannot be scope rated from the way of life that have been inherited from generation to generation for centuries. Proceed to visit the elementary school and interaction to the kids is also interesting (except on school holiday).

After walking all day, you certainly need some refreshment. Don’t worry the Local people will climb the coconut tree (or let you try to climb it) to get the coconut fruits for our beverage after involving our self in rice farm cultivation by using traditional tools, to plant the rice. The program will be end with the lunch served at Bale Bengong (Gazebo), afterward, go to hotel at Sidemen for your accommodation.

Day 2: Sidemen (B)

Sidemen Trekking (L)
The trek starts from the village of Sidemen in East Bali, through rice paddy field, water irrigation, garden, river, coffee plantation, clove tree, bamboo forest, salak plantation, and much more. This is very good trek for those who really want to see the varieties of mixture plantation, people, and the daily life of local people. We also have good opportunity to learn about irrigation system in this traditional Subak because we will past the most popular subak of Beteng and Tabola .Then drive to the restaurant for lunch.

Day 3: Sidemen – Kintamani (BL)
Breakfast at hotel then continue your program to kintamani with sightseeing tour. First we will go to Besakih temple which located on the slope of mount Agung and also known as the Mother Temple of Bali. The Besakih temple complex consists of more than 20 separate temples and numerous other smaller shrines, spread out over three kilometres. Each temple has a specific purpose, whether it is for the worship of a particular god, for the use of the people from a certain region of Bali or for the use of a specific Balinese caste. Walking to the top of Besakih temple complex and enjoy the beautiful scenery from the top.

Afterward, we will drive to Kintamani for continue the program with Visit the Bali Aga village while you are in Kintamani. You can reach the village by catching a boat from the central batur. Trunyan has a unique burial tradition that is cannot be found in other parts of Bali. The people of Trunyan do not cremate or bury their dead, but just lay them out in bamboo cages to decompose. A macabre collection of skulls and bones lies on the stone platform and the surrounding areas. To reach the cemetery, visitors will be full escorted right from the harbor with motor boat to cross the lake. After Trunyan tour we are going to back to Central batu of Kintamani. Catch the car and continue to your hotel at Kintamani for your accommodation.

Day 4: Kintamani (B)

Mt Batur Hiking
Description:
Pick you up from your hotel to the milder climate of 1200 meters above sea level to begin your 1.5 hours – 2 hours trek to the top of 1717 meters to see sun rise. From here you will see the magnificent view of the red when it appears during sun light. We walk arround the rim of the volcanic cone to see the crater of the last eruption. This volcano is still active up to now and it was erupted since 1804, 1814, 1926, and the last was in 2000. Decending from the crater we will be back down to the black lava which was originally flow down during the first and second eruption. Breakfast at the top of volcano.

Day 5: Kintamani – Munduk (B)
Breakfast at Hotel then go to Munduk with sightseeing tour at Ulun Danu Beratan temple. We will go to Bedugul Mountain resort with its beautiful views of Lake Beratan and Ulun Danu temple. Enjoy the cool, mountain air and revel in the beauty of the natural surroundings; A calm, cool lake, surrounded by terraced rice fields, rolling hills and dense forests. Then stroll through the Candi Kuning Traditional Market where fruit trees and vegetables of various varieties flourish. After Bedugul go direct to Munduk for your next destination. Arrive at hotel (Munduk Moding) and continue with cycling program surrounding the plantation. The quiet road behind the plantation is perfect for fun cycling. All along the road – over three kilometers – mostly flat – local farmers grow an astounding variety of crops with hortensia gardens thrown in to provide a colorful background. Green rolling hills form the background of this trip. You will cycle past local schools and villages and interaction with the local population is guaranteed.

Day 6: Munduk (B)

  • Haunted Valley: Meet at 9.00 a.m. at Munduk Wilderness Base Camp for the day’s briefing and your introduction and safety preparations for driving the Finn Komodo. You will also be assigned your mountain bike for the day’s journey — 85% downhill, over a combination of sealed and dirt roads. Set off on the bicycles with your guide, and enjoy the peace of the country roads. Take a break for a walk through the rice-fields, emerging at a spot where the Komodo vehicles await you, with the bikes on top. Take your first short 15-minute drive over relatively easy roads to the vicinity of the waterfall. After another 15 minutes leisurely walk into the Valley of the ghosts (Lembah Jinn) you will find lots of bathing spots in the stream and quiet places for exploration and meditation. Rested and refreshed after bathing in the pools and an energizing snack, walk back up to the road and drive the Komodos through the village plantations and back roads up to the Munduk Wilderness Base Camp for a late lunch.
  • Luwak Trail Experience: Meet at 9.30 a.m. at the Munduk Wilderness Base Camp for your introduction and safety instructions for driving the Finn Komodo. Start with a fun drive down to the Lake, and a side-excursion takes you to a lakeside temple, before boarding log canoes, paddling in Tamblingan Lake. Head up into more challenging territory through mandarin and coffee orchards, following earth tracks to the rainforest. Take a break for a short walk into the rainforest, to see the grandeur of trees more than 100 years old. Bali is famed for the rich flavor of its coffee, and the first stop on this outing after a gentle downhill ride in the Komodo is a coffee plantation where you will experience some of Bali’s local coffee culture — the roasting of the beans on an open fire and pounding with a wooden pestle. Savor the aroma and taste. Enjoy the short 20-minute drive from here back to Munduk Wilderness Base Camp for lunch.

Day 7: Munduk – South Beach (BL)
Breakfast and then go to south Bali to arrange the next program in airport or hotel. On the way to south of bali, were gonna stop at Jatiluwih rice terrace for cycling program. We will takes you to the World Heritage Site of Jatiluwih where you cycle through the most beautiful terraced rice paddies in the world before enjoying a sumptuous lunch overlooking the stunning scenery. After cycling program we will visit Alas Kedaton to see a monkey Colony at the 12 hectares area in the middle of the rice fields in Tabanan regency. The monkey colony in here is like an usher of the temple, which are always ready to greet all visitors who visit to this place. In addition, we can also meet the bats and some other animals. After interaction with the monkey, we’re gonna go to Tanah Lot to see a sacred temple with the beauty of dramatic sunset. Tanah Lot is one of the important directional temples in Bali and the temple is located on a rock just offshore. During sunset at Tanah Lot, we will serve you young coconut plus Balinese snack. When the sunset ended, we will escort you to the surya Mandala Cultural Park to see the Kecak dance performance. Afterward, drive to south Bali for your next program.
